Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day property management operations.

  • Contribute to marketing activities to enhance property visibility.

  • Conduct rental viewings, routine inspections, and ingoing/outgoing inspections.

To ensure your success, we provide ultimate support for our new Property Manager, including assistance with:

  • Coordinating maintenance tasks.

  • Lease renewals.

  • Following up on tenancy arrears.

  • Trust accounting.

  • Ongoing industry training to achieve your REISA CPM accreditation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Property Management Licence (preferred but not essential; on-the-job training available).

  • Valid driver's license.

  • High standards of customer service.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and phone communication skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to tactfully handle various situations and achieve successful outcomes.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong computing skills.
