Introducing Lisa Akeroyd.

Lisa is an experienced rental manager who is passionate about customer service. As the owner of Barossa Rental Specialists, her goal is to redefine the rental management experience for both investors and tenants.

Whyalla was the training ground for Lisa’s entry into real estate, where she quickly progressed from administration into property sales. Her sales success saw a move to the Barossa Valley at the age of 24 to become co-owner of Elders Real Estate located in Nuriootpa.

In addition to sales, Lisa and her team built a strong rental business over a ten-year period. She developed a reputation for her commitment to the industry, strong work ethic, attention to detail and fierce dedication to her clients.

After selling the business, a move interstate led to senior roles in national customer service and account management. A decade later, family, friends and lifestyle brought Lisa “home” to live in the Barossa. She is excited to be operating a local business specialising in rental management.

"My partner and I are investors and we have been tenants ourselves, as have 
many of our family, friends and associates and rental management has always
been spoken about with mixed feelings. It seems the ‘normal’ way of managing
a rental property just isn’t working for some investors and tenants.
After reviewing people’s experiences, I knew there was a new way forward for
rental management in the Barossa Valley. I invite investors to contact me and

Introducing Jodie Reimann.


Jodie has more than 20 years’ experience in customer service and joined the BRS team as our Administration Coordinator. Her enthusiasm and experience saw her undertake industry training to develop her role within the company and she is now a qualified Rental Manager.

“There is so much that happens behind the scenes when managing a rental property and the paperwork is substantial,” said Jodie. “As an administrator I know how important it is to pay attention to every detail. The same is true when working with our landlords and tenants” said Jodie.

Jodie has resided in the Barossa for over 20 years and has a genuine interest in helping people. “I enjoy being of service to our clients and building relationships with clients and our valued tradespeople,” said Jodie. “I like a busy pace so this industry is an ideal fit for me.”


Introducing Hayley Potter.


Hayley Potter joined the Barossa Rental Specialists team last year as Rental Manager.

She comes from a background in reception/administration work, retail and cellar door, but always had a passion for Real Estate.
Working as a property manager in 2007, she soon studied for her certificate in sales, but the timing wasn’t right. She went back to study and gained her certificate 10 years later.

“I love our team here at Barossa Rental Specialists. Every day is different and the varied role is exciting and keeps me interested. I enjoy helping people move forward with the next step in their lives… whether it is relocating to start a new job, renting while building a new house or due to a change in family circumstances; my role is to help make that transition easier.”
